No pretending home cooks are restaurants. No food sales disguised as sharing. Just a careful system for voluntary neighborhood food circulation.
Tell people what is in it
Ingredient disclosure, allergen labels, preparation notes, and clear handling information come first.
Keep it local
Small neighborhood pilots will help test what works before the idea expands into new communities.

Before launch, Extra Plate needs thoughtful safety guidance, transparency tools, moderation, local pilots, and legal review. Stable participation matters more than rapid feature expansion.
